Burnt Macaroni has grown so much in 2015. I was truly blessed to have your love and support in 2015 — so thank you from the bottom of my heart. I am enjoying every moment of sharing recipes and simple, basic cooking tips with you.

I am so excited for what 2016 will bring. I hope you will join me for the ride!

I have always loved fried rice but always made it with pre-made sauce. This recipe comes from my friend and neighbor, Kelli Ross. We exchange food and recipes all the time and when she brought this over one night, I knew I had to make it. It’s delish!
