Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day but I find it really hard sometimes to make something quick, easy and healthy. So I started making this parfait. It’s the perfect meal or snack for just about anytime of the day. I have eaten this for breakfast, lunch and even an afternoon snack. This recipe combines the smoothness of yogurt plus the crunchiness of the granola and the sweetness of the strawberries and my secret ingredient…..honey! It’s the perfect meal. I use a granola that has cranberries and nuts too so you are getting a ton of healthy benefits.
So here’s what you need:
– Fage Greek Yogurt (or your favorite yogurt)
– Open Nature Cranberry Nut Goodness (or any other granola)
– Strawberries (or bananas, blueberries, cranberries)
– Drizzle of Honey
This is also fun for the kids to make and they won’t even know they are eating something healthy!
