Boursin Cheese Plate for One
Creamy, delicious Boursin cheese makes the perfect feature cheese in this tasty Boursin Cheese Plate for One. Add a hard cheese, some fruit, nuts, a little dark chocolate, and a glass of wine for dinner for one.
Why this Cheese Plate Works
Every good cheese plate needs variety. Not just a variety of cheeses but a variety of flavors, textures, and crunch. What makes this cheese plate work is that it truly is the perfect size for one person. A triangle of Boursin, a few slices of Gouda and Manchego, some red grapes, walnuts, and some dark chocolate-covered almonds. Truly one of my favorite combos.
How this Cheese Plate is Made
Of course, there is no set way to create a cheeseboard. You can add whatever you want and in whatever order you prefer. But here’s I how did it.
Notes
- Cut the Boursin cheese into small triangles. This way you can take it out of the refrigerator a few bites at a time.
- Three different types of cheese are always a nice variety but if you only have one or two, that works as well. Cheese Boards are always made with what you have in your fridge and pantry.
- Grapes are always a great fruit for a cheese plate. But I also like to spread the Boursin on green apples or pears. Add a drizzle of honey and it’s a wonderful treat.
- Don’t forget something sweet. I always add some chocolate or dried fruit for the dessert.
