Why this Recipe Works

When it comes to dessert we immediately think cake or pie. But the galette is truly the perfect dessert because it’s filled with fruit and that sweetness can not be matched. For this Peach, Blueberry, Blackberry Fruit Galette, I wanted to mix it up a bit so I used three different fruits for the sweet filling. The cream cheese makes it nice and creamy. Add a scoop of ice cream as the topper.
