Grilled Cinnamon Honey Peaches with Graham Cracker Crumbs Ingredients
It all starts with the peaches. Pick four of the best peaches you can find. Here’s the full list of ingredients:
- Peaches
- Butter
- Honey
- Vanilla Extract
- Cinnamon
- Graham Crackers
- Sugar
- Vanilla Ice Cream
How to Make Grilled Peaches
- Start with the Graham Cracker topping. Melt the butter on the stove. Combine with the crushed graham crackers. Once coated, mix in the cinnamon sugar and set aside.
- When making the browned butter, add the butter to a skillet and cook over a medium heat. Let the butter brown ever so slightly for about 3-4 minutes. Remove from the heat and add to a bowl that can tolerate the heat. Stir in the honey, vanilla and cinnamon and set aside.
- To grill the peaches, use a grill or a grill pan on your stove top. Brush the grates with some olive oil and put the peaches face down on the heat. Grill for 3-4 minutes. Then flip the peaches and grill for another 3-4 minutes or until your peaches are soft. This could take longer than 4 minutes on each side.
- Drizzle with the browned butter and add a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Sprinkle with the graham cracker crumbs and serve.
Notes
- It’s really important to make sure the peaches are soft all the way through. Keep them on the grill longer to be sure. I had some peaches that took longer to cook through.
- The Graham Cracker crumb topping calls for added cinnamon sugar. You can leave the cinnamon sugar off if you just like the butter graham cracker topping by itself.
- Keep the browned butter sauce in the refrigerator if you have any left over.
- The Graham Cracker crumb topping can also be saved in the fridge to add to another dessert.
