Easy Nutella Brownies
Life has been crazy over the last month… my kitchen was starting to grow cobwebs! Â So to dust off the cobwebs and get back in the swing of cooking, I decided to look for something easy. Â And when this recipe popped up, I jumped at the chance to try it. Â I was actually curious to see if you could actually make brownies with only two ingredients.
Guess what…you can!
It starts with a 13 ounce jar of Nutella!
You will also need 4 eggs and two kids who are eager to crack the eggs. Â My kids always jump at the chance to help when eggs are involved.
Before you mix the eggs, pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees. Â You will need an 8″x 8″ baking pan. Â The best way to keep the cleanup to a minimum is to line the pan with parchment paper. Â This is actually something I learned making this recipe.
When you mix the eggs, use your hand mixer on medium. Â It should look frothy like this.
At the same time, spoon out the Nutella into a microwavable bowl. Â Then microwave the Nutella for 1 minute. Â It’s a good idea to stir the Nutella every 15-20 seconds so it doesn’t burn.
Next grab your whisk and slowly pour the Nutella into the eggs. Â You should be whisking the entire time. Â Pour into the pan and cook for 30 minutes or until finished.
Let the brownies completely cool before you cut into it. Â Then enjoy with a cold glass of milk (or your choice of beverages)! Â It’s incredibly easy to make and the kids love it! Â You can also add nuts or candy or even some powdered sugar to the top of the brownies to add a little spice!
Thanks to the kitchn for sharing!
