3-Ingredient Meals ~ Taco Casserole!
If you are looking for an easy meal for the kiddos or just want to snack this weekend for the Super Bowl, this 3-Ingredient Taco Casserole Meal is the perfect choice. Being a mom, I am always looking for something easy to make after a late night of Taekwondo. And my kids are always asking for taco night — this meal is a great alternative to one of their favorites. And all you need are 3-Ingredients!
You need a bag of nacho chips, shredded Mexican cheese and hamburger meat with taco seasoning!
The process is easy. First put down a layer of aluminum foil on a cookie sheet. The foil allows for an easy cleanup without the cheese sticking to the pan. After you have browned your meal and seasoned with Taco Seasoning (just follow directions) you can top it off with the shredded cheese. Bake in your oven at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes, depending on how done you like the cheese. You can serve it right away on the cookie sheet.
Add your favorite salsa and you have a complete meal. We usually sit around the coffee table sharing this one. Sometimes my husband will add something spicy like jalapeno peppers or even black olives. Let your imagination run wild with ideas.
