Texas-Sized Cheese Board

There’s nothing bigger in Texas than football and this Texas-Sized Cheese Board is perfect for a Saturday night football game. This board comes with my favorite Hummus recipe and all the bread for dipping.

  • Gouda Cheese
  • Mozzarella Cheese
  • Healthy Hummus Recipe

Put it all together and add a Cab or Pinot Noir for a delicious pairing.

Why Add Something Sweet

There is no secret I love these black and white cookies. I grew up in the New York City area and we enjoyed these types of cookies all the time. I found these at Central Market a few years ago and can’t get enough. When I find them I grab them! But if you can’t find these cookies, you should add something sweet like chocolate, trail mix with chocolate, or anything else sweet. When you are done enjoying all of this cheese, a nice piece of chocolate hits the spot.

Oh, this Hummus!

I have been obsessed with this hummus recipe ever since I changed my diet. It’s so easy to make and so delicious. I make one batch and it lasts me a few days. I also love a spread on my cheese board — it provides a nice texture difference to the cheese. Hummus is actually really healthy for you too. It’s a wonderful dish for a plant-based or vegan diet.
