Caprese Salad Bowl

If you could pick just one salad to eat for the rest of your life, what would it be? For me, it would likely be a Caprese Salad. Or better yet, this Caprese Salad Bowl! This salad bowl gives you the same taste and ingredients of a Caprese Salad but puts it into a bowl! It’s really that simple.

This salad also uses a variety of small tomatoes, giving it a different flavor. I also love that this salad comes in bite sizes which makes it easier to eat.

And look how colorful this salad is! So if you are looking for a way to use up all of those tomatoes left on your vine, create this Caprese Salad Bowl for your family this weekend.

You can enjoy this salad as an appetizer or as a full meal with some french bread.  It also goes well with a nice white wine for this end of summer treat!  I would recommend a Pinot Gris or a Chardonnay.
