Homemade Taco Seasoning
I would say we make tacos at least once a week, especially in the fall and winter. We usually use those taco seasoning packets but I have always wanted to make my own Homemade Taco Seasoning. So I scoured the internet and found this recipe that is used by most people who make their own taco seasoning!
And I have to say it’s a big hit in my house!
I have always liked the idea of having homemade seasonings in my pantry. It’s nice not to worry about running out or discovering you don’t have any after the meat is already cooking.
This is a very traditional recipe for taco seasoning. It makes about 3 tablespoons of seasoning which is equivalent to one packet of store bought seasoning. And you will use about 1/2 cup of water when adding to your meat.
