What can I say, I’m on a pork chops kick right now. The truth is, we always make Pork Chops but never like this. This Slow Cooker Pork Chops may be the easiest way to make pork chops ever. This pork chop seasoning is perfection!

Why this Recipe is so Good

There are so many wonderful reasons to use a slow cooker, especially during the cooler months. It’s so nice to be able to put all of these wonderful flavors into a slow cooker and have it cook all day. And the pork chop seasoning on this meal is perfection. You will love the flavor and the mushroom and onion topping on these slow cooker pork chops.

How to Make Slow Cooker Pork Chops

These pork chops are so easy to make. Here’s what you need:

  • Boneless Pork Chops
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Olive Oil
  • White Onion
  • Mushrooms
  • Mushroom Soup
  • Beef Broth

I started this recipe by browning the pork chops for a few minutes on each side. The pork chops are seasoned with salt and pepper (so easy and so tasty). These chops get moved over to a bed of white onions and mushrooms.

In the same skillet, I browned the pork chops, combine the beef broth and the mushroom soup. This is the sauce the pork chops, mushrooms and onions will cook in for 6 hours. I readjusted this time because at 8 hours it’s a little dry. It’s best to check the meat temperature after 6 hours to see if it’s where you like it.

What you get is this beautifully slow-cooked pork chop with and onion and mushroom topping. Serve this with mashed potatoes or egg noodles for a wonderful dinner the family or your special someone will love.
