Scalloped Corn Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 package Jiffy Corn muffin mix
  • 1 can Cream Corn
  • 1 can Whole Corn drained
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1/2 cup Butter melted
  • 8 oz. Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese grated

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Grease 9" x 13" pan
  3. Combine corn, eggs, milk, sour cream and melted butter.
  4. Add muffin mix, combine
  5. Pour into greased pan
  6. Bake for 45 minutes or until cooked all the way through
  7. Remove from oven & sprinkle with cheddar cheese
