Handmade Strawberry Vanilla Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups Heavy Cream
  • 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk 14 oz
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • Strawberries cut into bite-sized pieces

Instructions

  1. Put bread loaf pan in freezer overnight to get cold
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the heavy cream with a hand mixer for about 10 minutes. The cream will thicken and start to peak
  3. Add the condensed milk and vanilla extract and mix again with the hand mixer
  4. Fold in the cut up strawberries
  5. Pour into a bread loaf pan
  6. Put in the freezer for at least 4 hours or overnight
  7. Serve

Recipe Notes

You can put just about anything you like in this recipe. Fruit, chocolate chips, and other goodies would be perfect for a new ice cream flavor.
