Pasta Salad with Goat Cheese

Ingredients

  • 3 Cups Rigatoni pasta cooked & rinsed
  • 1 cup Grape Tomatoes cut in half
  • 1 cup Goat Cheese crumbled
  • 1/4 cup fresh Basil chopped
  • 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 3/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper

Instructions

  1. Follow directions and cook the pasta, drain and rinse with cold water
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the pasta, grape tomatoes, goat cheese and basil
  3. Add the olive oil, salt & pepper
  4. Mix together
  5. Serve
