Ingredients

medium size Red Potatoes
quartered
1
medium size Red Onion
lightly chopped
3
cloves
Garlic
minced
1/8
cup
Olive Oil
3/4
teaspoon
Kosher Salt
1/2
teaspoon
Pepper

tablespoons
Rosemary
minced
Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees
In a mixing bowl, combine red potatoes, onions, garlic, olive oil, salt & pepper and rosemary
Spread out on cookie sheet
Put in oven for 1 hour or until you reach your desired crunch
Sprinkle a little salt on top
