Peanut Butter Cups

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1 1/2 Cups Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 4 tablespoons Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1 stick Butter softened
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • Sea Salt

Instructions

  1. Line 12 cup cupcake pan with cupcake liners
  2. In small saucepan, heat up 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips and 2 tablespoons of peanut butter over low heat
  3. Evenly pour chocolate/peanut butter mixture into cupcake liners
  4. Cover and put in fridge for 30 minutes
  5. In a mixing bowl, combine softened butter, 1 1/2 cups peanut butter, 2 teaspoons vanilla extract and 1 cup of powdered sugar until smooth
  6. Pour evenly on top of the chilled chocolate
  7. Cover and put back in the fridge for another 30 minutes
  8. In the saucepan, heat up 1 1/2 cups of chocolate chips and 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
  9. Pour on top of the chilled peanut butter
  10. Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top of the chocolate/peanut butter mixture of the cupcake
  11. Cover and put back in fridge for at least 2 hours
  12. Serve cold and keep refrigerated
