Ingredients

For the Graham Cracker Crumbs

  • 8 Graham Crackers crushed
  • 4 tablespoons Butter melted
  • 1-2 tablespoons Cinnamon Sugar two tablespoons sugar to one tablespoon cinnamon

Grilled Cinnamon Honey Peaches

  • 4 Peaches halved, pit removed
  • 4 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • Vanilla Ice Cream for serving

Instructions

For the Graham Cracker Crumbs

  1. Using a ziplock bag, crush the graham cracker crumbs by hand or with a rolling pin.

  2. Melt the butter in a saucepan on the stove. Remove and transfer to a mixing bowl.

  3. Mix in the graham cracker crumbs until completely combined. Add the cinnamon sugar and mix together. Set aside.

Grilled Cinnamon Honey Peaches

  1. In a new saucepan, cook the butter until it starts to brown. This should take about 3-4 minutes. Make sure you stir often so it doesn't burn. Remove from the heat and transfer to a glass mixing bowl.

  2. Stir in the honey, vanilla extract and cinnamon. Set aside and keep at room temperature.

  3. To grill the peaches, preheat your grill or grill pan on medium-high heat. Add olive oil to the grates of your grill so the peaches get a nice grill mark. Grill the peaches for 3-4 minutes on each side or until the peaches are soft all the way through.

  4. Remove and drizzle with your browned butter sauce. Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream and top with your graham cracker crumbs.

Recipe Notes

  • It's really important to make sure the peaches are soft all the way through. Keep them on the grill longer to be sure. I had some peaches that took longer to cook through.
  • The Graham Cracker crumb topping calls for added cinnamon sugar. You can leave the cinnamon sugar off if you just like the butter graham cracker topping by itself.
  • Keep the browned butter sauce in the refrigerator if you have any leftovers.
  • The Graham Cracker crumb topping can also be saved in the fridge to add to another dessert.
