Prep Time 15 minutes
Cook Time 8 hours
Total Time 8 hours 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • 3-4 Pork Chops boneless
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 White Onion sliced
  • 5-6 large Mushrooms sliced
  • 1 can Mushroom Soup
  • 1 can or 2 cups Beef Broth

Instructions

  1. Season pork chops on both sides with salt and pepper.  In a large skillet, heat up the olive oil and brown the pork chops on both sides (about 3 minutes per side)

  2. Remove the pork and add mushroom soup and beef broth to the pan.  Heat up and whisk together until incorporated

  3. Place cut up onions and mushrooms in the bottom of the slow cooker.  Add the browned pork chops to the top of the mushrooms and onions.  Pour the soup mixture on top

  4. Cook on low for 6 hours or until the pork is at it's perfect temperature.  Serve with mashed potatoes or egg noodles.

Recipe Notes

I readjusted the time on this slow-cooker recipe.  I changed it from 8 hours to only 6 hours on low in the slow cooker.  It's fine at 8 hours but not as moist.  Enjoy
